Return policy

You can return items for a refund exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn unused in original condition with intact tags and packaging and not marked as Final Sale. To start a return email customer support with your order number photos if damaged and reason for return. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with a return authorization number and instructions.

Return shipping costs are covered by us if the return is due to our error including international returns. For customer initiated returns domestic orders incur a $5.99 fee deducted from your refund (waived for exchanges) and international customers pay their own return shipping which is non-refundable.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return with funds appearing in your account within 5–10 days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
Exchanges for different sizes or colors can be requested in your return email processed at no extra cost except international shipping. If the requested item is out of stock we’ll issue a refund instead.
Non returnable items include Final Sale products intimate apparel and swimwear unless unopened customized items and items damaged by improper use or care.
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos if you receive damaged defective or incorrect items. We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement if available or a full refund including original shipping fees.
