Shipping policy

We offer domestic and international shipping via carriers like USPS UPS DHL and local services. Domestic options include Standard (3–7 business days) Expedited (2–3 days) and Priority Mail Express (1–2 days). International options are Standard (7–21 days) and Expedited (3–10 days). Orders process in 1–3 business days excluding weekends/holidays with possible delays in peak seasons.

Domestic shipping costs $5.99 standard with free shipping over $50 (excluding oversized items). International rates depend on weight destination and method with free shipping over $150 (excluding customs fees). International customers cover customs duties tariffs or import taxes collected by carriers on delivery.
You get a tracking number once your order ships. Report damaged items within 7 days and missing items within 14 days. Returns are allowed within 30 days domestic returns are free for defects otherwise $5.99 international returns are your cost unless due to our error.
We don’t ship expedited to P.O. boxes some items (like liquids) are restricted and oversized items may have extra fees. We aren’t responsible for delays from weather customs or strikes contact us if delays exceed 30 days. We may update this policy continuing use means acceptance.
